Voltex is a highly effective waterproofing composite of high strength geotextile and 4.88kg of sodium bentonite per square metre. A patented needle-punch process interlocks the geotextiles together forming an extremely strong composite that maintains the equal coverage of bentonite, as well as protects it from inclement weather and construction related damage. Once backfilled, voltex hydrates and forms a monolithic waterproofing membrane. Voltex contains zero voc, can be installed in almost any weather condition to green concrete. Roll size: 5.0m x 1.1m

Renderoc HB is alkaline in nature and will protect embedded steel reinforcement it is specifically designed for vertical and overhead high-build applications. Renderoc HB can be applied in sections up to 80mm thickness in vertical locations and up to 50mm thickness in overhead locations in a single application and without the use of formwork. The centre bulb allows for movements in a structure to be accommodated whilst its hexagonal design provides a flat surface. This allows shuttering and joint fillers to fit snugly. All centrally placed supercast waterstops incorporate an eyeletted, reinforced edge flange. This enables them to be easily positioned by wiring to surrounding reinforcement.

When used on ground slabs where the waterstop is supported on blinding, Rearguard profiles usually require no fixing. The waterstop is layed centrally over the line of the joint to be formed. Fixing to vertical shuttering is done by nailing through the outer nailing flanges leaving the head of the nail proud so that it is held in the cured concrete. This prevents the waterstop being displaced when the shuttering is struck.
